A great Knife! The file work is original looking! The blade looks great from the first photograph!

I'd prefer it without the filework, but dang, that's a cool knife.

for some reason - i suspect the guy who's going to get this knife is going to be nothing short of impressed! just a hunch. have to say i love how the sheath came out! stunning combination.

ps - Amazing work Jay - like always. just saw that Astarion and you got me thinking about another one already!

You should see what I'm working on now. A "Temujin" with a CPMS60V blade!
I'm ready when you are...

Jay

Jay, this is Marty M,

Wow! That is incredible!!! Those grinds are perfection. I may have to put in an order for a big blade when your done with my little bush-craft knife. Right now I have a Mad Dog Bayou Hunter that I'm very happy with, but there's nothing like a full on custom.
You really got me thinking about changing my order to a gemstone handle now...somthing in a brown sorta camo pattern.

Anyway, once again beautiful work.

Hi, Marty. Here's something to consider: who else would have a knife with 100 million year old fossil on the handle, from the same time period of the dinosaurs? Here's some "New" material that I've yet to use on a knife: Fossil Cretaceous Algae, a hard, tough agate gemstone fossil.

This is fantastic looking stuff, hard and tough, and should polish up to a high glossy finish. Just one of many to consider!

Thanks,
Jay

Jay,
I'm not sure you should be allowed to post here anymore! How is anyone supposed to convince their potential customers to buy from them when they see work like this coming from you? It should be illegal to have that much talent! Did you sell your soul to the devil? There has to be some logical explaination for your talent!:D
Always amazing:thumbup: ,

Hey, Matt. Thanks for your support! I've found it's best when I just post pictures, as my opinion frequently creates mass unrest!

The logical explanation, Matt, would be lots and lots of practice and dedication. It's my full time job, how I make my entire living, pay all my bills for my family, and has been for almost 20 years. I listen to my clients, try to make just the knives they want, and make a few that I like.

The truth is, the devil wouldn't have me. I give all my credit to God, and he's been very good to me; I can only hope to honor that.

Thanks,
Jay
