I have been thinking about one of the new Jungle bowies...anyone out there have one, and have abuse pics??!! I love the profile, but I have yet to see any other pics, and I would love to see what one of these can do?

Thanks alot. GKN

I am very happy with the Jungle knife that I have, with polished sides and very sharp edge. It's my go to work knife for clearing and trail building. Cuts 1-1 1/2" branches easily and is comfortable in the hand. My favorite HI mini chopper.

Sorry, I am not able to post pictures. Thats way over my head.
Found it! Here is a pic of Matildas jungle knife from the DOTD thread where she bought it.

I've got one. Keep in mind that I'm in WI, so there isn't any Jungle for me to
Bowie with it. Mine came fairly dull, and I have not sharpened it as of yet. As a chopper on standing dead pine/oak, it does not measure up to traditional Khuks. Perhaps that will change when I put some time into the edge, although given its shape I don't think it will ever chop as readily.

As a "peeler" on the bark, and for making thin "sheets" of wood for kindling, it works quite well due to its controllable nature.

I'll strive for some pics in the next day or two, although it looks very much like the one Karda posted.
