This is a gear list for the Randall's Adventure and Training Jungle Survival Course.

Nice light load out, does anyone bring a small pot/container/mug or a stainless water bottle for boiling water or is that not usually done. Just thinking of some of the nasty things your eating.

In your medications what type of diarea meds and anti-nausea do you recommend, basic off the counter or others?

Good to have you around, really enjoyed your meat curing vid on prociutto. Wish I did not live in a condo or I would have attempted it this winter.

People haven't brought a container along but if you brought a steel water bottle you could certainly boil in that. Just adds a little weight it all. I brought a steel cup along thinking I would need it but ended up not using it.

For diarrhea prevention I took cipro 500mg twice a day. Worked well. I didn't bring an anti nausea med along.
