Junk Yard scrounging help

Okay....What does all this good steel at a junk yard look like?

I know what truck spring looks like but I dont have a clue what hay rake steel and the other steels rusting in a junk yard looks like.

What is a good description to tell the junk yard man what I need?

It might be better to go to a John Deere dealer and get those disgarded shafts that are made of 5160 at least then you'll have a known steel instead of guessing.
