Here it goes I live in illinois southwest suberbs and was looking for a place to train in kali or a good knife oriented style. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Don't know exactly where you live, but check out Marc Hallack at North Shore Martial Arts in Libertyville.

He lives for Inosanto blend martial arts and is also a multi instructor under Hock's Scientific Fighting Congress. And a great guy to boot. If he is too far away I bet he can point you in the right direction. Although he is a bit busy right now trying move his school down the road. I understand if he can make the deal happen his place will have more sq. ft. than Degerburg in Chicago. Good luck.
 
Hi Sean, I would highly recommend Guro Mike out of Skokie.Has a wealth of knowledge in the Filipino martial arts and the Chinese Internal arts as well.You won't be disappointed.I use to train with him back in the day.

Yes, there is a guy named Denis that is good, also guru Mike here from what I've been told is good. Also, in Chicago there is a kali group but I can't remember the teachers name off hand. I think they train at the filipino cultural center. He used to teach at the chicago fitness center. Your best bet would be guru Mike right here on this thread.
