Hello!
I just finished up a custom paring knife. AEB-L 63HRC stabilized Koa. Thin grind and crazy sharp!
The second is more of an experiment I'm working on. This is my personal hunter for 2026 and beyond. REALLY thin (0.050") K-390 65HRC walnut handle. On the smaller side. It is soooo lightweight, I almost had to put lead inserts to keep it from floating away!
Thanks for looking!
