Spotted these guys today before my hike had even began !
I feel kinda bad for not varying my knife selection just lately, I'm sure you are all getting bored of my Breeden Woody, the truth though is that since I got this thing all my other knives have been doing a lot of drawer time. This knife just works plain and simply, it's very light given it's size, super comfortable and super versatile. I'm really not craving any other knives now which is pretty worrying !
Bryan messaged me today showing me a pic of his version of a WSK complete with great looking saw teeth that Bryan says cut great. The only thing I'm now thinking about is maybe another version of my Woody but with a couple of inches of saw teeth on the back nearest the handle, would be great for cutting trap notches and such like !!!
Maisy had to wet her paws when we came to a watering hole !
We followed a lot of deer trails today, there was deer scat absolutely everywhere, here is one such trail !
Check out this old stump, it has no branches or leaves so how come it stays alive like it does ? Well what I learned today was that it's roots have bonded with the roots of another nearby tree and uses that tree as a surrogate to keep it alive !
And finally I figure I'd better show you a pic of the Breeden WSK after hyping it up earlier, hope Bryan doesn't mind me sharing this pic with you all !:cower:
