I can't get e-mail through to EKI, so I thought I'd ask you guys.

-How much is a new set of screws for a Mini CQC-7?

-Do the stop pins rattle on all your knives too? I know I read about this last year. They are loose on all three of my knives.

-I am thinking of selling my NIB 2000 Commander BT. How much should I ask for it?

-Anybody have a Blackbird yet? It looks more solid than the Raven? Where can you get them?

Well I have 3 CQC7's,one of which has a pin that rattles.Can't answer the other questions 'cept that when I sent one in for sharping they also changed the screws and clip as part of the "deal".

They don't normally just out and out sell knife parts. You can try to call them though.

This is one of those things. Without going into all the details of why the pin is just a hair under sized, if it is a bother all you have to do is put a dab of grease on one side or the other of the stop pin hole and it'll go away.

They really can't help you there buddy. How much should you ask? Well I think I would research what folks in the arena you going to sell it pay for new ones. Retail is $219 and that's pretty much the price your going to find in your local area going to knife stores. On the Internet you can expect to pay $150 and up, with the occasional Botach sale of like $139. Price accordingly.

-Anybody have a Blackbird yet? It looks more solid than the Raven? Where can you get them?

I never bought a Raven as I didn't like the way the Polymer squished in my hand. When I saw the Blackbirds at the Blade Show, they are a vast improvement over the Raven and are as good as any other knife in the EKI line.

There have been some Blackbirds released. I personally know of one EKI Dealer that has them (I just called and they have four in stock now). Spark does not allow advertising, so e-mail me and I'll give you the contact info.
