Your Steel Heart is considered by many, myself included, to be one of if not the best survival knives.

What more do you think is needed?Just curious.

Wookie, there's always the custom shop, I'm sure they
can make you whatever you want.

yes i know there is a custom shop.
but i like to see some pic's first so i can order something.
and yes the steel heart is maybe the best survival blade there is but try to clean a rabbit or a fish with it????.
if i have a smaller survival blade like the satin jack with serations on the back to cut some manila rope or cut/saw some wood.
thx for the reply's
wookie

I'd say a SJ variant would fill the bill. How about one similar to these :D

I've cleaned a squirrel with a Battle Mistress just to see if I could. Wouldnt be my first choice, but it worked. Wide blades have many gripping options for delicate work. Havent tried a fish yet. Betcha Gundy and Skunk have though.

Anybody ever wonder what Jerry could do with a stacked leather handled knife? I've always been partial to the Marbles Woodcraft pattern, but I think it would take an act of congress, or an act of Jennifer, to coerce him into making a hidden tanged knife.

My Mikey-Likes-It! recurved Satin Jack variant (the one on top in Eric's post) is making a great outdoor knife. I think it is good to have the serrations toward the tip of the knife's spine, and a flat spine toward the handle, because it works better for use with a baton. (Though I am partial toward making pole-arms, instead.) It's also safer and easier to work with.

This knife has turned out to be The One medium sized outdoors knife for me.

Eric, even if only one of thenm SJs is yours, you still suck.

They are some really, really nice satin Jacks.

Did I mention that you suck?:D ;)
