Just wanted to say thank you to everyone in the CRK family for the warm welcome to this fine community. From @Lone_Wolfe with one of the most extensive collections I have ever seen in my life. To Ajack60 Ajack60 a fellow lefty I see always liking and committing. And a special Thank you to Dcdavis Dcdavis another fellow lefty who has almost single handedly helped me threw my journey. Giving me sound advice and some great deals on some wonder knives to start my collection. Lady1911 Lady1911 for the kind words and to anyone I am not naming by name it's just because the list is so long this post would never end. Blade Forums itself is a wonderful place to be a member of but the CRK family is so much more. I'm looking forward to sharing my ever growing collection with all you and hope to get to know each and everyone of you better. Since September my collection has gone from none to 6. By the end of February I'll be at 9. I have the CRK cap on 2020 at 15. I don't think that cap is gonna hold.

I'm a firm believer you reap what you sow. In this hobby, you come for the knives but the people keep you coming back.
It's always good to see folks coming here and having a passion for knives. It's even better when you can form a friendship with someone that shares your interest and passion for the hobby.
I joined BF for the CRK sub forum. Along the way, I've made friends throughout the knife community here and that's what keeps me coming back.

The knife community, as a whole, is a wonderful group of people from all walks of life who are brought together by our appreciation for sharp pointy things. It’s what we all have in common, and let’s face it....most of us can’t really strike up a conversation at work about the differences between 21’s and 31’s, old pivots/new pivots, or how jealous we are of @Lone_Wolfe ’s collection, without getting strange looks. I believe we all have something to contribute because we have all benefitted, at one time or another, from what others have contributed.

And for the record, I don’t think your 15 knife limit is going to hold unless you slow your roll a bit.... :D :D

I'm finding in near impossible to slow down. I feel like there's so many I wann..... nope need. I need a inkosi insingo large. A inkosi tanto. All micarta then the same in all PJ. I need a drop point 21 and a tanto 21 insingo lefty all PJ then In micarta. There's quiet a few woody and Damascus i don't have. Let's talk Mnandi's. Full on love the Mnandi. Have to have a few more of them. So when I step outside I creep and look really hard for the sneaky bus that might run me over, I have the phone set and ready to go with emergency services so should something happen i can get help. I'm gonna get every last CRK I want before I go. And I'm not going quietly. Kicking, screaming and naming names on my way to the grave I'll be damned if I'm denied my rights to a collection 1/3 as nice a @Lone_Wolfe. If it takes me the next 30 years. And I hope it does. Keep collecting Lone_Wolfe its keeping me alive. Lol

This place is great.

We are certainly a special breed. I'm happy to have an outlet where folks get it.

Your moving fast. I've been on a CRK kick for many years now and I cant wait to own one again very soon. Down the line I can certainly see a nice line up of folders and fixed once I have more expendable cash.

It's super easy brother just make frequent visits to the sperm bank. They pay well. Lmao

I lurked around here a long time before I joined. I’ve only got one buddy I can talk knives with, and he’s a normal person :D Owns and Carry’s one Benchmade every day. Uses it when he needs it then it sits by his wallet until he leaves the next day. Other than him I come here to talk knives, and he tolerates my knife rambling for the most part. My three year old son enjoys them with me and likes to “get daddy’s sharp knives out of the treasure chest”. Back in June my wife basically said if I hear sebenza 31 one more time I’m gonna stab you with your own knife. She definitely didn’t share the same enthusiasm as when they were announced as us folks here. But like I said earlier, there’s a lot of good members here. Met a lot of good people and made some good friendships

Had that same conversation with the misses about leather and tools. Tiger thread from England, Japanese skiving knives from Japan, German pricking irons, special sewing needles. Then bam CRK's and leather working. She now just walks down the hall and closes the craft room door. Great woman but I think I talked her ear numb.

I also would like to thank the folks at CRK's for making the finest production knifes on the market, bar-none and this company and there skills was a big turn around for me, as I only own two that ill probably keep forever.
