I've had a steel Emberlit portable stove for months now, as a back up to my Titanium version. Life and laziness have stopped me from taking it out and breaking it in. I also had some interesting C.S. tool/toys to try out. The SR1 LITE easily put working feather stick curls on a random chunk of wood in the brush, with cold hands and minimal effort. I've never needed razzle dazzle, just functionality. I have no problem grabbing a new C.S. product if it looks like it has some L.T. or Demko DNA in it., isn't priced beyond it's value, or made of bottom end materials. A hot drink is a hell of a good thing when you are starting to feel the cold.
