Just want to say a quick thank you to all.

In the past have collected and trained with knives but have fallen out of the loop for about 7 years. However, after some lurking, some posting, you all have peaked my interest in knives again, and I'm really impressed with what has happened over the years in form, function, quality of all things relating to knives. Have not passed into the customs...yet. But because of what I read on these posts and recommendations by many, in the past 2 months have not purchased any knife I consider not a keeper. Because of this forum my collection has been added with:

Emerson Combat Karambit (love these Emersons)
Emerson CQC-11
Spyderco 36CFBGP Military - BG42 Blade (what a great in hand feel this one has)
Spyderco Endura Wave
Spyderco Salsa
BM Griptilian
BM Gravitator
BM 910 D2 Stryker
BM 943 Osborne
Spyderco Centofante III (perfect Gentlemen's folder)
Kershaw Leek

Love them all and just wanted to say I appreciate the info gathered from everyone here. Solid advice. I'm now broke but happy :)

Where's the Chris Reeve Sebenza on your list or you don't care to own one? Just joking!

Just get a BM 710, I know its not on your list. But i know you would be happy with it.

I know, I know...tempting and it will end up in the hand....but after the holiday. Way over budget as it is. Almost sprung for the Bradley Alias I just to get close :)

It's inline to replace my original AFCK that I just got back from LifeSharp. It was my "go to" EDC and they really cleaned it up, smoother than before and just as sharp as new.

Shucks, that Bradley Alias looks GREAT! I guess that will do until you get the real deal:D. Check out the B/S/T forum for some great deals on Sebenzas.

I'm not necessarily broke, but I know that feeling about not finding a "keeper":) Well, actually, I'm probably more of a packrat and keep everything - more like permanent "users". Having lots of fun in the "quest" though.
