Has anyone ever designed a kit for a welding rod holder. They are inexpensive, waterproof, crushproof, and will hold a bunch of stuff. Looks like a nice compact way to set up a car ot ATV kit. At about 6 bucks, it's hard to beat..

Lowe's, Harbor freight, Home depot, sears, and such. I bought one at Harbor Freight for about 4 bucks to see how it will work.
