Just an offer I'd like to make to the community

Hey guys,

I've been gone for quite some time but I'm happy to be back!

In the time that I've been absent, I've ended up as a photographer for a living. I've mentioned the photography because I had an idea bouncing around in my head since I started actively browsing the forums again and I wanted to throw it out there. It isn't completely fleshed out yet but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it.

I've done a giveaway before and all that jazz but I wanted to give back to the community in the way that I'm best able to right now given my skill set. I'd like to offer some free product photography to any of you guys who'd like higher quality photographs of specific items in your collection or your collection as a whole. This can range from anything from knives up to gadgets and gear.

The only thing I'm presently unable to offer photography for firearms and the like though that might soon change. I'm planning on acquiring my FID card in the next few months.

I know that my offer would immediately raise concerns such as if I'm out to simply rip a few people off. That's why I'm placing this feeler out there to gauge interest and to work with you guys to help flesh out the idea and work out a satisfactory system with anyone who's interested.

If you don't mind me asking, what do you generally photograph?

What I do for work is primarily event photography, largely specializing in electronic music events and nightlife culture. I also photograph weddings, corporate events, and the like.

I think that this is an opportunity for me to hone my skills at product/product placement photography as well.
