....coz you can't get enough of these threads. Or the knives for that matter. All sold out or something. ;)

Mine arrived today, albeit second hand, so no bells, whistles, or, sadly, micarta scales which sucks (if anyone doesn't want theirs, drop me a line). On the up side, the guy had got an AZwelke kydex sheath made for it so that helped sweeten the deal.

For the first couple of minutes I was like, "this is one ugly knife." Then something mysterious happened and it felt like it was molding itself to my hand and pretty soon I was all, "there is nothing on this earth that me and this knife can't sort out." It truly is a staggering piece of workmanship, and while there is a sensible part of my brain that says I should tuck this away so it can appreciate in value, the far more primal part of me is jumping up and down screaming, "go use the hell out of that thing."

I am liking the description of the change in mindset. Well put, amigo. Well put.

ur still lucky to have it, great looking blade...even Without the bell&whistle or the green/blue/yellow Spiky Ball of Mystery LOL

Thank you for the warning. Mine should be arriving in a week or so. I'll make sure I'm home alone when I open it, just in case I have similiar urges. :D

Lol dude I still think it's an ugly knife, but I love it. Great sheath!

Yeah, when mine first came I didn't really like the look or feel the knife. I actually thought I'd end up selling it.

But after a week or so, it started to grow on me. Now, there's no way I'll be selling mine.
