Very beautiful! I'm thinking of buying a Sebenza myself. Your family picture only drives me more in that direction. Not sure yet if I should buy a small or a large Sebenza. Best would be both I guess...:D

Btw, tell us the woods from top to bottom. BEAUTIFUL......in case I've said it befor!:D

Here we go! ;)

1. Madagascar Rosewood

2. Bocote

3. Madagascar Rosewood

4. California Buckeye Burl

5. no Wood ;)

6. Desert Iron Wood

7. Madagascar Rosewood

Thanks to all for your nice comments! :D

Very nice line up there!

Have you ever thought about changing the direction of the screw heads so they are on the clip side? To me that gives the knives a smooth even look without the allen heads breaking up the flow...

edited to add my humble Sebbie scan,

Next on the list...a small classic wood inlay! :)

My drool meter just recently started reading normal again and now you have to bring this gorgeous picture back up to the top, thanks Gary. Hey db, what's the story on the bottom small Sebbie? I assume that the graphic is unique.

Hmmmm good idea!!!

Great stuff there, Darkblue (nice pic, too). I particularly like the bocote inlay. Very classy.

The damascus blades of both Sebenzas are not stainless, the damascus blade of the Mnandi is.

My newest CBB came the other day. Here's a CBB family shot, the color are pretty accurate, but a little dull, the newest one is the bottom. I think I might someday work on my skills and/or get a better camera.
