I love coming home and finding a package on the doorstep (especially when its from knifeart!) :thumbup:
Sebenza 25 CF. Had to sell two knives to get it, but so far I don't regret it.
Its been a long time since I owned a sebenza, I have to re-calluse the thumb! haha
BTW the born on date just happens to be my birthdate! How cool is that!!!!

That's a true home run, a birthday CF25. Congrats on that one.

I'm digging the 25 a lot lately, even more today after trying a Ti Lock pocket clip on mine - it is perfect on the 25 IMHO. I love the way it feels in my hand with this clip.

Congratulations to you! I only own one CRK and its a small plane Jane Sebenza 21. I carry it almost everyday and it works well for most everyday chores. I plan to buy another CRK next month and will probably be a Sebenza 25 or Nyala fixed blade. I also like the fact that you own an Apple Imac. I have one sitting new in the box in my closet. :) Did you get the 21.5" screen or the 27" retina? I got the 21.5 with 2.7 processor.

That doesn't happen too often, it's a keeper for sure.
 
Not only is that an awesome knife, but it almost guarantees that you will NEVER sell that knife because of the birth date. My large 21 Micarta I purchased from Knifeart was made on my 40th birthday... Maybe Knifeart has special 'abilities'. :)

Beauty knife and an awesome DOB to go along with it!
My Umumzaan I bought beginning of this year has my fiancés 30th birthday. Makes me smile every time I carry and use it (which is a LOT :D )

Is the detent getting any lighter since you posted ?
I love this model, but with my bad thumb I'm worried about a heavy detent. I had to sell the last two Sebenza's I've bought for that reason. I'm in good shape though since I have several Regulars and Classics with a perfect detent(for me and my bad thumb anyway).

The first week I was worried, my thumb was sore! But within two weeks everything is smooth, thumb doesn't hurt, I can fan it open easily or flick it open with tip of thumb. I think the detent mellowed out. It's perfect now and I'm loving it.

Bought

I trade/sell knives all the time.. But when I saw that date I said to myself.. "Well, this one is staying with me forever".
