I am receiving emails on a daily basis now stating that "I can't get into the forum." These are from old time forumites who have posted on the forum from day one and who know something about computers.

I don't know what has happened but something has and there is nothing I can do to help.

Went to the Archive. That's covered with the link to here ( active HI forum ). And you and I are the only ones who can post to the Archive so we don't need to do any bttt on the Archive.
 
OK. I don't know why these guys can't get on the forum now. It is a mystery to me. Of course, I'm from the old school of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but I guess that is dinosaur thinking.

I have been puny for a couple of days and haven't been here so haven't noticed any problems.
Sometimes the whole site is slow coming up for me, but I suspect that's caused by traffic at that time.

Sometimes I won't post because of the time it takes for that page to come up and I lay that onto traffic as well. It seems to be working fairly well tonight now, but whn I first cme on the individual forums were slow to load.

Sometimes I think it may be due to my WebTV that isn't a real computer.

Why it went to archive I don't know, but the site is suffering.

The way I get here is by going to www.bladeforums.com, then Makers/Mfgrs, and then the HI forum (not the one at the near bottom, that's the archives). This approach has worked perfectly for me.

I had a spell just when you got back from the sawbones where I couldn't get access to the forum. It lasted six days. Never figured out why it happened.

I get here the same way Bob an Paul does.
I like to jump around between 4-5 forums when I have the time.
Perhaps after getting here the forum could be bookmarked again?

I guess I didn't realize what the problem really was huh?

Give them Spark's address, boardmaster@bladeforums.com

If they know something about computers and they can communicate with Spark directly and tell him exactly what's going wrong it shouldn't take long.
