I've had this one and another one like it on order from Joe for a while and received this one a few days before Christmas. I should have another one in a week or so. I am very happy with the way it turned out to say the least:thumbup: In fact I haven't hardly been able to put it down. I asked Joe to pattern this knife after the Case 48 pattern, but to add the swedge. I also sent some pictures of some other custom slim lines that I owned in the past to give a point of reference. Joe captured what I consider to be a fabulous interpretation of the 48 pattern while still adding the "little extras". This one has an ATS-34 blade, no half stop per my request and nice firm spring tension. I'm looking forward to several more projects with Joe! Take a look:

Nice score. Joe's blade work is absolutely fantastic - Razor sharp and very appealing to eye - particularly how he cuts that swedge.
