After carrying my LM Wave as EDC for the last 10 months, I decided that I also wanted a knife that I could carry in my pocket, not in a sheath, so that it would be quickly accessible. After considering some more modern folders such as the BM Mini-Griptilian (which I still really like) I decided that I wanted a more traditional "pocket knife". I checked out some SJ's and small lockbacks on the 'net and decided to check out the Buck Prince. So I stopped at WalMart on the way home today and they had one. I checked it out and liked it, so I got it!

This is a very cool knife. Very traditional looking, won't scare the sheeple when it comes out, and I like the security of the lockback and the solid Buck feel. It's going to make it's new home in my pocket!

I can't believe that I mis-spelled "it's". It should have been "its". I am so ashamed.

I was referring to the second "it's" in the last sentence; the first "it's" was correct. OK, I'm obsessing. Somebody slap me.

The Prince is a dandy knife. I tend to like the traditional folders and usually prefer the two and three blade knives but I have two Buck 503s and they are awesome. My family gave me one for Father's Day the last two years. One is the traditional birchwood handle but this year they gave me one of the purple sunset handles. It fits so nicly in the pocket, holds an edge and Buck really stands behind their products. Good choice.

I like the Buck's only own two, the 525 and 625, I also bought mine at wal-mart.

FYI, yous can always edit your post to make corrections.
