I just bought a CQC-12 (satin finish/plain edge) from Spark's store.

Can't wait til' it gets here.I always liked EKI,but was hesitant to buy because I don't really like linerlocks.This one's got a Fat Ti-Framelock!!:thumbup:I've been lusting over this knife for awhile.

The 12 is a great knife and IMO the best knife EKI put out, as far as production knives go.

I gotta say this one's action,smoothness & vault-like lock is right up there with the Sebenza.Maybe not quite as good as the Sebenza,but it sure is damn close!

Emerson's ergos blow away any other production knife I've ever owned,with the exception of a few Spydercos I have.Not saying Spydies are better,just equal.For instance this big,beefy handle reminds me a lot of the Chinook III.

If you can find one,I'd highly recommend picking one up.

FYI,1sks (Sparks Store) has them.

It'll be in pocket & used throughout the days to come.

I wanted a replacement for my sebbie,cause I'm seriously considering sending it(sebbie)in to Tom Krein for a regrind....still on the fence on this one though.I just got back a knife from him & was very impressed with his grinding skills.

My will power is very weak at the moment and after seeing pics of your 12, one of them is calling my name. Thx. :)
