Hello
I am new to the forum. I have been throwing on and off since I was a teenager and I am now in my late 40's. Given that length of time, I should be better than I am.
I have thrown different knives over the years, from 13" down to 5". Although I have always wanted to participate in a competition, I have yet to do so.
To that end, I recently purchase a set of United Cutlery GH2033 knives. They arrive tomorrow. I would love to hear from those who have used these. Once I have had a chance to throw them a bit, I will come back and share my thoughts. For the past 10 years or so, I have been throwing between 6" and 8" knives ever since losing my Bob Karp so it will be a bit different to throw competition length knives. I throw with my kids so that is why I have used shorter knives.
Thanks for any feedback you might have. I am looking forward to participating in the conversations here.
