Just Bought: Kershaw Junk Yard Dog 2.2. Composite Worth It?

Not sure why i did it. I have a standard JYD II already that i carry almost every day, and it's seen it's share of pork skinning action

I'm pretty happy with the normal one, but that composite model has been mocking me with it's superiority for weeks, so in a fit of insomniac impulsiveness, i just pulled the trigger


now, someone tell me, is it worth having a second one, or are they pretty much going to perform the same?

I think the edge will stay sharper longer, but if it's going to be a user you should have gotten a blemish model from Dave.
But I would assume you will be happy with your purchase.

The CB is pretty awesome, you made the right decision. Now you have a knife you know you like with superior steel.

No harm in having doubles of one model, I have 16 versions of the same Kershaw.
