i have been lurking for about 5 years now...purchased a lot of HI products, but the busses were out of my price range...finally have the financial freedom to indulge myself...

i purchased a COMBAT GRADE FUSION BATTLE MISTRESS from the busse website.

i assumed it would come with a sheath, but it does not explicitly state that it does come with one...does it?

i could only find one pic of this knife on the site, does anybody who owns one have more pics?

i am really excited about this knife...thanks...

oh yeah, forgot to mention, i got the urban grey finish with the black handle...

Comes with the finest sheath made of cardboard! Congrats on your buy! I'm still mulling over a LE, but the price is tough to deal with for me as we are close to the holiday season.

Congrats on a great blade! That's a great color combo too - good choice. The good news is yo have a little time to decide about sheathing it!

Congrats on the purchase! I myself went with Urban Grey/Black & Blue G10 magnum handles.

Busse and Swamp Rat blades don't come with sheaths. At this time, no one has a CGFBM on hand to custom make one either, so once they start shipping you can get your order in!

Their website lists several recommended sheathmakers, all of whom which turn out quality work for good prices. Check it out!

i think i got the regular handle and not the magnum...i really wish they had an available satin finish...oh well, beggars can't be choosers...how long can i expect to wait for my knife to get to me?

btw..all these acronyms are hard to keep up with...

Wrong forum bro. The only thing you'll get talked out of here is next month's mortgage.
NO REGRETS.

i mean, the price seems so reasonable...$600 for a sword that will outlast custom kat's in the multi-thousand dollar range...tempting to say the least...

Hi boots. Congrats on the FBM. Should be a sweet blade to say the least. As for wait time. I'm not sure anyone knows. I've seen some say spring, others say in time for Christmas. Whenever it is though will be well worth the wait. As for acronyms, check this link ;) http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=330784

There you go.
That's more like it.
You'll make pig in no time.
Sounds like your going to have an awesome collection.
You have to post pics of your mistress in "two weeks" when she shows up.
It looks like you have good taste.
