Thanks for the consistent advice. I just purchased the muddy crinkle w/tan micarta GW from the company store. I wonder if it will be the thick one or the thin one?

thin but tough, a great slicer, and a fantastic color combination, congrats

the muddy finish is probably my fav besides the desert olive, those finishes feel different, like they have teflon in them. they seem to slice better and stay very clean.

I think I am coming down with something. Weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. Almost quenched after purchasing Busse.

sorry, have you ever seen a lays potato chip commercial?

bet you can't just buy one ;)

something bigger, maybe a battle mistress or a badger attack... depends on what you might use it for.

I'd get a Badger LE.

Skunk can hook you up on the Co. Store site.

Also, there are some FBM's on the secondary market at, or very near, Busse's issue price. They will never be cheaper.

Keep collecting.

I second the Battle Mistress. I have owned many larger blades and none compared to the monster that is the Battle Mistress. Plus I really love the feel of the Magnum handles on that one!
