A #82 Dixie Stockman in black wood to be exact. I've carried some sort of trapper or stockman pattern since I was 8 or so, mostly Case or Schrade. Just wondering what to expect?
I've been carrying a Case G10 large trapper and medium stockman lately. I like them but the G10 is a little slick and I haven't sanded down the edges yet so they're not super comfortable. The #82 looked pretty comfortable and I like the Wharncliffe and Spey shapes more than the Case also. The size should be close to my trapper, I think. Anyone have a comparison pic they could post? Thanks in advance.
