The blade I got from the bay awhile back , the pins also , they were billed as hardware to make a straight blade shaving razor . The scales are teak wood , stained dark and oiled . the sheath is a bay score also . Blade shape caught my eye as I love sheep's foot blades . It's a sailors thing . Back in the days of the square riggers and the wind jammers , the sheeps foot blade was preferred because on a rolling deck you did not want a sharp tip .

Nice. What is the handle wood? Walnut?

O.B.
It's teak , a very oily type wood , at first I was just going to oil it and I did but it wasn't dark enough for me so I stained it with Min Wax dark walnut # 2716 . Thanks , Mark .
