This should be interesting. How many Sebenzas are out there? How many have been produced since 1989?
I think numbers have gone up form Original to Regular to Classic to 21.
Maybe 50.000 or even more altogether?

CRK trade secret is my guess. Doubt you would ever get real numbers.

Yes, CRK won't tell you production numbers. Any estimation from the experts? Some years ago CRKnives were very seldom here in Gernany. Nowadays you can buy them from at least two stores in Munich.

Doing a quick search the Idaho Chamber of Commerce says that CRK has an annual approximate revenue of $4386000 (http://id.chamberocommerce.com/member/4441257/Chris_Reeve_Knives_11624_W_President_Dr_Boise_ID_83713), so at around $300 or so per knife (dealer price) that's around 14000 knives probably at least 10000 or so are sebenzas so I would say around 10000 small and large sebenzas per year would be my guess.
