Just curious, when length in mentioned. How is that measured.

Is if from the handle in a direct line to the blade tip? OR Is it from the handle, along the spine, following the curvature of the blade to the tip?

I guess folks were right about not being able to own just one. I got the M-43 and want another.

What should this final purchase be and your reasons (I need logic here to fool myself into justifying another buy). I laugh when I say "final" too .

I usually go from the end of the butt cap to the tip, but you could go from the Eye of Shiva (end of tang on cap) to the tip as well- we're only talking small variences. These khuks are measured OAL; not blade length.

The M43 is a wonderful first khuk. There was a time you couldn't get one. I like the WWll as a first and all around.
