Just Finished! Custom 240MM Western Style Gyuto - Damascus/Copper Clad San-Mai

Just finished up this crazy beast of a custom Gyuto! I love doing damasus customs, I love it, even more when it's with a new material!


Some blade specs:
Blade steel: Dion Damascus Cu-Mai - 52100 steel core, clad in 100 layers of 420Hc/1095, with a copper layer laminated between core steel and cladding.
Blade detail: Cryo frozen & triple tempered to 62HRC. Hammer Texture Kurochi along the blade flats
Handle: Brass Dovetailed bolsters & Double dyed + natural tone Box Elder Burl, Hybrid section in black Epoxy
Handle Detail: Faceted Western-style handle
