Linen Micarta handle 5 3/8" blade 3/16" thick 5160 Satin finished blade. Brass handle spacers.

That's a great looking piece

What blade steel is that?

 

Blade steel is 5160 Carbon spring steel. Really tough stuff and holds a good edge as long as it's heat treated and tempered right. A good edge geometry doesn't hurt.
