So I have finished this nakiri this morning and , for no other reason than having some fun, décided to replicate thé pic I took years ago of thé nakiri I still use in my kitchen with some stuff I would later eat at lunch.

And here a pic of both knives togheter. Despite the heavy patina, my 2018 Nakiri (made of rejected parts) keeps going strong and is everybody’s go-to knife in my kitchen.
