Allthough the above can be viewed as just for laughs, it does bring to mind several questions about Western teaching methods.

Gosh. I must be going through a slightly manic phase. That cartoon evoked so many thoughts that I find myself unable to express any of them.

That the young man was able to navigate such a steep ascent carrying a number two pencil, with the lead point intact indicates to me that regardless of how much he knows, he is a remarkably poised schoolchild.
