Just checked my early Knives Annuals, and there is NO listing for a 'Miller' from AL in any from the eighties.

He came and went. Looks like a nice folder, too.

In addition to everything else, I also collect knife books.

I'm sure that my collection is not comprehensive, but I have some very rare issues, like the Knife Digest I and II by Cassidy in hardbound.

Never heard of The Custom Knife II before, but just snagged it from Amazon. Thanks!

ELDE, thanks so much for the info. I still can't find any additional info.
I have tried to buy a copy of the book,but all that were advertised were sold.
Could you possibly scan the page with the knife and forward it.
