I went into one of the local hardware stores doing my regular pilfering in the back, and found an old Buck knife display. The display has a couple of sheath knives, and several folders in the holders. It also had an empty spot for a Buck 124. I asked the owner about it, and he said he ran out of room a while back, and stuck it back in his store room and left it. We checked it out a little better, and he opened it up, and it has about a dozen sheath knives, and Buck lockblades in it. He said he was going to clean them up and put them back out for sale, because he forgot they were there. He said I could check and see which ones I wanted before he did this, so I am going this evening. I know there are no 124's, but I think there is a 105, 121, 110's, and I can't remember the others. Tell me what models I should be looking for besides the 124 and what signs on the knife. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Personally, I would offer to take the whole lot at 30% off of the last price on them. I'd check and make sure they have no year mark after the model number or at the most a > or < or V mark. Anything with no mark is worth more than a several year old retail. If these go back to 1985 or so you've got a treasure trove. On second thought, it's probably not worth the effort. Where IS this hardware store?

Say these are not old enough to have the 440c blades are they? If so I would be interested in an 110 and a 112.
