Just found this in a jacket pocket in my storage unit after 8 years missing...

I though I lost this knife but was glad to find it in an old jacket pocket of some clothes that had been in my storage unit for 8 years! I know the color scheme isn't for everyone but it was the only one the knife shop had when I bought it in 2003 (maybe?).

Nice one Badhammer. I haven't seen another one like mine for a long time. I need to give it a little TLC and wipe it down with some oil and clean it up a little. Never been used but it was in a dirty jacket pocket for a long time. Maybe it was more like '05 The Deacon I don't really remember it was long enough to feel like it's a brand new knife again!

I know very little about Spyderflys (or any Balisong), but have seen them off and on for quite some time. That's not the point I'm driving at though. It's just incredible IMO to find that long lost or forgotten knife, it's almost like getting a new one. Nice knife by the way. I've always thought the rainbow scheme was an acquired taste though.

Congrats on recovering your knife. I recently found one that I'd lost 3 months ago and was ecstatic. It must be really great to find a special knife like that 8 years later.

This thing actually has some pretty good action. I like the spring loaded clasp. I spent a little time getting my skills back today with it. Pretty dull from the factory though. I never really used it for anything but cutting my finger once or twice when I first got it
