Just gave a 15" Villager to a guy I work with. he turned 18 on Saturday. This kid won the governors award for outstanding youth volunteer of the year (there were alot of others nominated, but only one award) for his work with Special Olympics, fire department etc.etc.. and old soul and a good heart.

He was very happy. I now so am I.

Cool! a 15" Villager, known to be a hard worker awarded to a hard worker.

That is way better than a gift certificate or plaque

Kudos

It's because I keep giving away khuks that are between 17" and 18" long and weigh around 27 to 29 ounces that I'm always looking for more.

It's a very strange life when a fan of the 18" WWll doesn't even own one.

Well, it's probably just a very strange life anyway....Congrats, MRob, good going.

Great to have, great to give away. That's why I buy so many. Really.

This forum is full of great men, and I'm glad to be here to learn from you all. Now you can justify to the wife your next Khuk purchase too. Women love sensitive, giving, selfless acts such as this. Milk it a little.:p

Thanks guys. You know I really felt like Uncle Bill was around when the thougth to do this popped into my head. Once I thought of it the idea took hold and I couldn't have used that khuk anymore if I hadn't given it to him.

:D  Not a bad idea.....

In some ways, I know Bill Martino better now than when he was here.
