Hi guys, thank you for your replys. This is my first Boker, I didn't do any research on them . Usually I buy SOGs, is there anything cool you can tell me about Boker, and my knife in particular? Thanks, Jake. By the way I went to Bokers site looking for my knife, I only saw it in black and serated. My knife has no serations and it is just plain SS, is my knife discontiued?
 
Trance is offered in reversed tanto, grey pe and black se, and grey drop point. Possibly more blade shares to follow, wharnie in particular. You might want to replace the plastic washes with a phosphor bronze one. Plenty of good reviews on the trance, because it's such a good knife. The offset blade cuts well, however the flipper could proof troublesome. Enjoy this worthy investment.
 
I own some sogs as well, hard to compare them to the clb line. The former has more of 2 high tech appeal, while the latter is more uncoventional yet practicial. The rest of boker's offers is very diverse, ranging from 1500 euro damascus to 30 production version of designer's blade, ma2

I noticed the closest on knifekits now is the

Washers - Phos-Bronze - (.330x.197x.020) - (For 3/16 Pivot)
Stock# PBW316A

Guessing the inside diameter difference of .002 (.197 vs .195) shouldn't make a difference?
 
I don't think the Trance would mind, it's just too little deviation, which our little big friend will tolerate :p

As for the washers and such, I have NOT had a single problem with mine, and I been running the original Trance (rotated with all my other knives of course:p) since it hit the market.

Mayhaps the weather is good on nylon washers here in Hawaii...:p

SubCom? Crappy crap from Böker Plus??? I's rather waste my hard earned money on some elegant knock-offs...
