Just got a Lansky system

I have always convexed my knives, so this is new and interesting to me. It's a pleasure to use and I'm getting pretty nice results after an hour of fiddling around with it. I look forward to putting many more hours on it.

My grandfather recently passed away and the Lansky set was something he wanted me to have; it's something I will always treasure. Thanks for making heirloom quality products, Lansky.

Very cool of your grandfather to pass that on. I have my dad's. Not inheirited, just haven't given it back. Good system that I also enjoy using.
