Just bought the Outbounder 180 from Benchmade. Fell in love with the "fine" looks of it. It's small, fits pretty well in hand, although I wouldn't reckommend it in large hands doing hard work, to small for that. But in midsize hands doing fine work it's perfect.
Also I liked the idea of wearing it to modern camping trips with friends, without getting crazy looks and this:
-Honey! did you see that knife Mr. Omarsson was wearing? Is he somekind of a fanatic? Does he slay cows with that? I don't want him around the kids too much!
When you pull the Outbounder out at the barbecue to cut your steak it looks right at home, delicate and sweet from across the table but nasty and sharp up close, and nobody gets to see it up close.
There is a tiny flaw in the seam in the sheath. I'm having it corrected.
