I just received my new Ram from Amazon and it would appear to be missing a scrwe in the handle, could someone confirm this for me. I would normally link a picture but I'm posting from my iPad.

If I'm correct and the screw is missing what is the best way to get one, Kershaw support? Also I find it odd if the screw is missing that, well, it's missing. Amazon sold it as new and it certainly appears to be so otherwise.

Thanks for looking.

Looks like you are missing one but the good news is kershaw has an amazing warranty and customer service. Just give them a call or email and they will send you the new screw free.

Did your problem get resolved? If not, let me know and I will make sure you get the screw you need.

I emailed support from the Contact Us link at Kershaw's website. Haven't heard anything yet but figured that it might take a few hours. If I don't have a response in 24hrs I'll post back to this thread. Thanks for the help jimmer_5!

Got an email from Brittany today, all is taken care of! Excellent service I have to say.

Glad to hear it got taken care of. Enjoy the RAM - it's one of my favorite knives that we make.

Jimmer, could you please try to convince Thomas to make a Limited Edition RAM. Maybe with an upgrade steel or a composite blade. If you want, you can modify the blade shape, but please don't change the handle much.

thank you.

Why have I not heard of this thing; that is one good looking knife... and I'm a big fan of Kershaws.

If you have not heard of it, you have really been missing out. It is one of the best unassisted flippers out there! The Hawk Lock provides a really positive detent that doesn't cause any noticeable drag on the blade when opening (unless you don't know better and keep your finger on the lock). You owe it to yourself to check one out.

This is now my 3rd Kershaw and I'd never heard of it prior to finding these forums. I'm quite happy that I picked it up. I think that my next move is to get scales and a G&G clip for it.
