i just ordered an Izula from KnivesShipFree and they also sell paracord on their website so i got some at the same time!

and to learn how to wrap it do a search for Rat Izula and paracord on youtube, you will find at least 4 or 5 videos

I just pulled the trigger on an Izula from KSF to join my RC-3. Also picked up a small Peak flashlight - just to justify shipping costs...wait, they don't charge shipping!!;) I hope it gets here this weekend.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why?

supposedly it gets it tighter to the handle.

i just got my izula in the mail yesterday. ordered some extra paracord to wrap the handle. however the draw cord stop was broken the spring didnt work so i emailed the place i ordered it from to see if they had an extra laying around. if not ill just go look for one somewhere.

oh and my free gift was a mini swiss army knife. it will get used.

I did mine first without wetting the cord and it got a little loose soon after (maybe I didn't use enough brute strength when tightening it). So I redid it but wet the cord. I think it allowed the cord to stretch a little more and make it a little more flexible, so when it dried it was rock hard on the knife. Hasn't moved since.
