Just Got Back From The Creek!!!!!

As you can imagine there was a feeding frenzy. I got there Friday morning. Waited in 31 degree freezing weather outside for 1 1/2 hours to get into the tables. They would not let anyone in until 9 a.m. I thought for sure I would score the Silent Knight, since there were no HOGS to be seen. I got in at midnight the night before to the hotel, so I was primed!!! They opened the gates and I was the first one to the tables! YEAH!!!!! But where the heck are the Silent Knights???

Found out that Garth and I stayed in the same hotel and we didn't even know it. Also found out that some sneaking HOG (still don't know who it was) saw Garth in the lobby ten minutes before I got there and bought BOTH Silent Knights (How dare another HOG out HOG ME!!!!). :mad: I didn't even get to touch them!!! Oh well, I shouldn't complain, I still did OK for a mini HOG!!!;) :rolleyes: :D

By the way, you might want to make a long list of second choices for this GANZZZZA, because there was not much slop left in the trough when I left this morning at about 10 a.m.!!!!!!!
 
Wow, there go my top two choices. Congrats you HOG!

Seems like it was worth the wait to me.

The feeding frenzy makes me gladder I scored a GW last night, though.
 
I had already heard from "The Bully" that ronybear had bought a bunch on
INFI. I didn't realize he had picked up those beauts. My son and I arrived
at Knob Creek about 7:30 this morning and had to wait until 9:00 to get to the
Busse table. Ronybear did leave a few goodies. I picked up a black on black
HR w/paper macarta handles. I will post a pic over on the Busse site.:D
 
That's not a score! That's a insane hoggish score! :D :thumbup:
Now go and make a picture of that blue set with a bottle of JWB :D that's a combo :p

Excellent snags Ron! I can't believe you didn't recon the lot at the hotel for other cars from Ohio though. :D
 
Outstanding bro...do those blue G-10 handles look as cool up close as they do in their pictures? Now that's what I call a complete "set"!

They absolutely do look fantastic!!!!! I will post my photos of them later. When I walked up to the table, they just jumped out at me. They were the only blue ones there! I would still go for them as a choice though, there might be more back in Ohio!

Ron speaks the truth, you never know what is sitting back at the shop that didn't get finished in the mad 48 straight hours of work they put in before driving all the way to KY. :) I can't wait to see more pics of them Ron.

That blue and black may make me change my mind regarding the handles I want for my FBM.
