from Blade a few hours ago and did I have a good time. Always great to see the hogs out in full force. Good to meet new guys and gals and put faces with names. Exery one was cool as usual. I was especially glad to finally meet the mighty Oku, bender of all things plastic. 
I took a buddy with me this year, who only gets a slight glimpse of hogdom from hanging around me at home, but he got a real good taste of what we are like in a bigger group. The one thing he said that struck him was that no one knew him from Adam, but he never felt like an outsider. Everyone made him feel as welcome and as comfortable with the group as if he were a hog on the high council. To me, that is what it is all about. No ego, no B.S. and no chest ounding. Just good friendly folks. Now all we have to do is getting him a little more hooked on INFI and get him to sign on here every now and again and maybe he'll come along every year.
I hope everyone gets home safe and sound. Hopefully I can do it again next year and bring the family with me. For those hogs who didn't make it, you missed one interesting induction Saturday night and that is all I am going to say!
I hate to admit it here, but there are some really interesting things going on at the swamp these days and they had all sorts of folks worked up over there.
