A great friend of mine gave me his old Buck 110 since he knows I collect blades, it was slightly messed up so I sent it in for warranty, I got it back a month later (Today) and the wait was very much worth it! Buck cleaned the whole thing, polished up some dents on the bolsters to the point they were almost unnoticeable and even put a whole new blade in it that was hair splitting sharp from the packaging. They did more than asked for me, Buck is an awesome company with great Customer Service, an Awesome Warranty and The Best Product Line. Thank you Buck Knives!

When they discuss American Exceptionalism, Buck Knives should be the example provided. They make great products for which they provide outstanding and ongoing personalized support.

Just adding my 2 cents worth (even though I'm from UK and it's not a good exchange rate for us at the moment ;)). I posted how I had a problem with a new 301 and the A1 service I got. BUCK service is absolutely superb and I would recommend them to any one.

I agree with both of you. I like a company that will stand behind their product 100% and Buck is that company, it just rocketed into my top 3 favorite companies due to their Customer Service and great Products.

Ty, how about some pics of your 110... You can post them on the Sunday Picture Show or here or both for all of us here to see... ITE

Wondering about a very general range, if possible, of the cost of blade replacement by the factory. I’ve a few older bucks that could use some help. I can’t say it would be warranty because they may have had a teeny bit of abuse when I was much younger and dumber (well… better leave it at younger). Thanks

I just sent eight knives in for various rework needs. # were replaced as they either didn't have parts to fix them or the knife was discontinued. The rest were all re-blades and came back looking like brand new knives.

I have yet to every use Buck's warranty and likely never will if my knives continue to perform as they have over the past few years. I can comment though that I had ordered from the custom shop a few 110's about a year ago planning to get them before Christmas/shipping to Canada. They couldn't guarantee I would get them on time but sure enough I did! Great people at Buck, it always seems like the picture perfect company which I feel is very rare these days for a company of that size to always make sure things are perfect.

No surprise, I have experienced outstanding CS every time I've dealt with them. I agree with ITE, show some pics please

I've had outstanding customer service from Buck and their custom shop.Top notch companie, for sure!

Axesbold, the cost of a "spa treatment" is $6.50 plus you pay to send it to Buck, the return they pay for. A reblade plus spa is $10.00 plus you pay to send it to Buck and they pay the return. The completed time varies with work load.

Thanks for the info, I was searching around for some cust. service reports from them, been wondering myself!
