just got my bg-42 110 upgrade!!

Man are they fast at BK or what? Less than a week after they called because i forgot to include the check what an awsome blade. deer season in 2 weekends, and i'm hoping to break'er in on a big wisconsin white tail. i've bought several knives over the years, but now when anyone asks me about knives, i just recomend any of the bucks. what a great company!

i have not had a bg42 only a s30v but i hear that it is as good or better ! i am sure you wont have any disapointments with it!

Welcome to the club!

You might want to read this topic to get the most performance from your BG-42. I reprofiled the edge on mine to get it as thin as I could (similar to the edge Buck puts on the current production knives) and I'm glad I did it.

What Rhino said. I reprofiled mine to 10 degrees per side and it cuts like a razor. I like it MUCH better than S30V. Nice choice.
