I posted over in the Becker forums, but since it has an ESEE logo on it, I figured I would post here as well. I don't have my Izula right now (Mom's got it, I may never get it back), so I can't do a comparison of the two, but I love it. Thanks guys/gals. Moose

Thanks, brother. You'll be hearin' from me soon, promise. Moose

Looks pretty good. Are they only available in black? And if you don't mind me asking, what was the cost on that bad boy?

ETA: Looks like they can be had for about $30. That's a hell of a deal!

Where can you purchase one i cant seem to find it and what is its official name???

Becker/Kabar BK14 ESKABAR, several vendors have them now. I got mine from Chestnut Ridge, Rocky Nat has them also is stock. Moose

Glad you like the new knife. I have to say there are NO finer people in this industry than all the folks at KaBar and Ethan Becker. Period.

Coming from you, I'm sure that means alot. I know Ethan has said the same for you fellas. One of the things I am most proud of right now, is that there are 3 names on this blade, and all 3 names are, IMO, the best there is. Thanks. Moose

Just ordered one couldn't beat the 29.99 price and site I ordered from uses Google checkout which is way to easy to use. Push one button and "poof" money is spent. Just received the ESEE 4 last week in OD with the orange handle and love it.

In my opinion, this is how all knfie companies should work. Ethan and Paul will be found sitting in our booth every so often and you will find Mike and I sitting in theirs talking to their customers about KaBar products. If more good knife companies would realize that the industry is not about competition but about working together to promote the industry and good products as a whole, it would be much better overall. Like I said, KaBar and Ethan are the absolute best when it comes to this industry.

It's funny, I was having a conversation with a friend last night and telling him what a great company ESEE was and how open they are and how much interacting with their consumers means.

I made that very point to him that ESEE doesn't have an ego when it comes to competition. They don't view other companies that way.

My point in the end was wouldn't be nice if other companies were like this in industries other than just knife making.

At any rate, thanks for collaborating with Ethan and KaBar, my other two favorites in the industry. Like the knife and will be getting one.
