I have never owned a Buck stockman knife before and I was at Wally world tonight and saw it marked down to 13.00. I opened the box and it was a nice knife and so I had to have it. 3 blades and no side to side wiggle at all. Its nice and sharp and has wood slabs. Oh did I mention its made in China?? Anyway I Love this knife........Just wanted to share.

Hi,

Yep, they are pretty well made, I think you will like it. I grab mine when ever I feel the need for a heavy duty slippie.

I got a 375 Deuce a few weeks ago at Walmart, marked down to $9. It's a very well made knife, and I've been mostly carrying it since.

My son has a 371, and it is put together better than any of the 3 301s I've bought. I have a new 4th, 301 with the Charcoal Ironwood grips, and leather pouch on the way. I just can't stop trying to find one that is put together like the 371.:)

The 371 is a great knife, as is the 382 Minitrapper. I'm thinking I'll end up with all of them, eventually. They are surprisingly nice knives from Wally World. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, since they are Buck, and Wal-Mart also carries great Kershaw knives and the Spyderco Native. At least they have taste.

Wallyworld does have some good taste and prices on knives. Although, I want to buy a Leatherman Wave and Online it shows the Wave being 59.00 but when I went to my local Wallyworld store they wanted 89.00. I know I can buy it online and have it shipped to the store but one would think that the store price would be the same as the online price.
