An HT. Sweet little knife! I didn't realize that it was double edged.

Came with a puzzleing SOE sheath. Don't understand what the velcro flap under the low ride belt loop is for. Can anyone shead some light?

Does Strider make an IWB sheath for it or should I look elsewhere?

Now I am awaiting a model GS (Joe, did you get my order?)

Hey,
If your belt also has a velcro band the sheath will not slide on the belt. Velcro holds it in place.
All the best,
Duane Dwyer

Yo Buddy,

Your order goes out in the a.m. - I was going to test it for you on some pesky neighbors...but, hey you bought it - you break it in.
Too bad you didn't want any of those extrA FOLDERS that I had laying around!!!;)

Just kidding guys...I'm waiting too.
Enjoy it, it is a beauty!!

Man, that is a sweet little knife, Ryan and I were talking about it last time I saw the Strider guys at a gunshow. I liked the balance of the little blade, what do you think?

Hope you enjoy it,
Reed

Duane,

Ah! I get it now. Thanks for the tip.

Joe,

I've been told that the blade will be worth more and function better if comes "seasoned" I also think that a few bloodstains will enhance the tiger stripe look. Who knows, you could possibly charge a primium:D...Thanks for the GS, I'll let you know how I like it. (BTW -Please keep me in mind when you get those folders in).

Reed,

Yes, the balance of the knife is excellent. The knife feels light and fast in the hands. The HT also has a nice blade design, just the right amount of belly for slicing and pointy for piercing. I understand that the serrations on the back are designed for cutting rope underwater. Don't do much underwater rope cutting, but heck you never know! The knife has a fairly short handle (cord wrap) area. For someone with big hands this might be an issue. However, I have medium/large hands and the knife fits me well. I like it!

Now I have to figure out if I want to lose the lanyard. I don't think that I have a great need for it.

Yo M.L.
The pkg is enroute, be on the lookout...on the lanyard scene you might want to consult with Knifebomber:eek:

Speaking of lanyards-just a little ammo reload for Ryan. Ask Duane about the need for lanyard on all those boxes in the back of his truck. It seems he was dropping boxes out of the back of his ride on the way to the seminar last week. Lord only knows what the Caltrans guys in the orange vests are going to find this week on the side of the road.

Hey guy,
Make sure you touch base when your package arrives...don't make me come look for you before I leave the country!
You have the contact number...talk to you soon.
Joe
