I almost went with a Para-military 2 digi-Camo g-10 but decided on this one instead.
My town has a Spyderco store and this one was a store special…
I hear there’s tons of mods to get for these.

You could get the rest of the blade serrated and swap in a titanium cage...just don't ugly it up with a ziptie "wave"

Just got my first today, too. Did a good bit of looking around, and the Manix 2 has the styling, features and materials I like most, and I just had to see what all the fuss is about, so I took the plunge. It’s a very nice, solid piece, and I think this is the one that’s going to get took when there’s nasty work afoot.

Don't have any mods to show, but the Manix is a great first choice. The Manix is an excellent working knife, and built quite well.

I wanted a Manix 2 because I kept hearing such great things. I have enormous hands though......so I went with the Manix 2 XL. It rules!!

First copper scales I saw I bought and put on, now to get some patina on it !!!!!

Wasn’t as hard as I thought changing out the scales, the hardest part was the tube and the locking mechanism. I could see how it could become a pain…
Overall happy with how it turned out .. except with the weight.
